Tax Bills Mailed 7/31/2024 (Grace Period Extended to 8/26/2024)
TAX BILLS MAILED TODAY!
Tax Bills are in the mail today (7/31/2024) and you should be receiving them in the mail within the next few days.
Taxes are generally due August 1, with a 10-day grace period; however, due to the date of mailing the grace period has been extended to August 26, 2024. Important: Any tax payment received after August 26 will have interest calculated back to August 1, with the oldest delinquency always paid first (per NJ Statute).
Remember, there are lots of ways to pay your taxes:
*USPS… not always reliable so mail it with plenty of time AND check to make sure it is received on time. Per NJ Statute, we cannot accept postmarks, so call or check online and make sure it is received on time.
*Drop off…. either in person between 9 am and 2 pm or in the drop box (green) secured to the building to the left of the front door. This box is checked constantly and is under video surveillance.
PLEASE…. IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE PAYMENT STUB BE SURE TO PUT BLOCK(s) AND LOT(s) ON YOUR CHECK. Including to stubs helps processing.

*Pay online by either echeck k ir with a credit card. There is a 2.95% fee if your payment is made using a credit or debit card and a flat fee of $1.95 for payments made using an echeck.
NEW! You will notice a new tax portal for online payments. This new portal offers enhanced features from the previous portal. The only difference is if you have multiple blocks and locks, you have to pay for each one separately, at this time, there is no shopping cart feature. You will notice that this new portal offers the ability to register and schedule payments or select auto pay. You have to be a registered user to set up auto pay
