Miss Sandyston 2022
On Sandyston Day, Sunday, June 5, 2022, Mikaela Becker was selected as Miss Sandyston.
Mikaela has spent her Senior year being homeschooled, previously attending Veritas Christian Academy and plans to attend Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA in the Fall.
Mikaela is currently a First Responder with Blue Ridge Rescue Squad. Mikaela has been very active with 4H throughout the years having been involved in Shelton Shooters, Love on a Leash, Breeders & Feeders, All Star Rabbits before her recent graduation.
Mikaela has worked for Fresh Pickins, Green Valley Farms, Becker Air Conditioning & Heating, Gerber Landscaping, Liberty Mountain Gun Club, Northwest Christian School, the Painted Barn Marker as well as pet sitting and helping with child care.
Mikaela enjoys competitive archer, shooting guns, driving, hiking, fishing, kyaking, reading, art, playing violin.
